I know that a "true" gu...I am not a chef. I know that a "true" gumbo is made with a roux. I also know that a good roux takes a lengthy amount of time. I am just a normal person trying to help people by sharing recipes for healthy food that is easy to prepare. I would never leave a negative comment on someone's blog.
